Sun Studio Tan Booking Policy

At Sun Studio Tan, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable

experience for all our clients. Please review our booking policy.

    •    Appointment Scheduling: All services are by appointment only. Book through our website sunstudiotan.com or via our booking platform. 

 

    •    Confirmation: You will receive an email or text confirmation upon booking. Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid missed updates.

 

 

Amending or Canceling Bookings

  •    Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 6 hours in advance without penalty.

  •    Cancellations less than 12 hours before appointment will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

  •    No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged a $15 fee.

 

 

Refunds and Prepaid Services

 

  • Service Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, no refunds are issued once a service is rendered.

  • Prepaid Services: Packages and memberships are non-refundable but transferable. Contact us if you’d like to transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member.

 

Important Arrival Information

 

Arrival Time: Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early and wait for a check-in text before coming into salon.

Parking: Parking validation will be available at the Parking Garage across High St soon. Metered street and public parking options are available near our salon. We recommend allowing extra time to secure parking, especially during peak hours.
