• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 5 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations less than 12 hours before appointment will incur a $15 "late cancellation fee".

• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged a $15 fee.

Important Arrival Information

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early and wait for a check-in text before coming into salon.

Parking: Parking validation will be available at the Parking Garage across High St soon. Metered street and public parking options are available near our salon. We recommend allowing extra time to secure parking, especially during peak hours.
